Safety
Bad Norwegian takes your safety very serious, and we only use providers with the highest safety structures. For our web shop, we use the Ecwid e-commerce service for the store front, and PayPal for all credit card and payment futures.

SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFO

Delivery time2-7 days from when you place your order.

For shipment in Norway, you will normally have the goods in 2-5 days from when you placed you order. For orders placed on a Friday, we will ship on Saturday, but it will not be sent from the post office before Monday the following week. Same goes for holidays.

If you order a product and we are sold out, we will contact you by phone or mail.

If the goods are delayed, you have the rights to cancel the order and receive your payment in return.

Shipping and cost:
Bad Norwegian is based in Norway, and for all shipments in Norway and in the EU, there are no tax. For shipment in Norway, the shipping charge is 15 USD.

For international shipment, there will be a shipping charge of 30 USD.

Payment:
We use PayPal as our payment method.

RETURN POLICY

Borr AS conducts activities for Bad Norwegian. Below is our cancellation, returns and refund policy.

You have a 14 working days return window for your order from our online store, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. If you want to return the goods within the 14 days, please send the goods back to us, and we will return your full payment (included shipment cost) back to your bank account.

The goods cannot be opened when you want to return an order, and the goods must be in good condition.

Return cost will be covered by the customer.It usually takes 2 weeks from the time you sent your return to when you receive your refund. In exceptional cases it can take up to 30 days to receive your refund.

If you have received the wrong goods, or the goods have error or are damaged, contact us on youfuckedup@badnorwegian.no and we will send you new goods, free of charge.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

If you are under 15, you need approval from you parents. You need to be 18 years or older to purchase with a credit card. We hope that you are happy with your Bad Norwegian products!
